I took this image a few weeks ago in the Baraboo, Wisconsin area. My Camera was on a tripod and I used a slow shutter speed which makes the water look silky smooth. A slow shutter speed has a wonderful effect on water, clouds, the starts, and lots more things including people! (Check out my post Welcome to the Giant Slide).
