We live in a wonderful house at a wonderful location! Its too bad that many places you can no longer see the Milky Way anymore. Lighting technology is getting better allowing more focus of light to the ground so we get less pumped up into the sky but we have a long way to go.

I hope you enjoy the image. It is a 30 second exposure with a very fast 24 mm focal length lens. I shot this a F1.4 facing to the south.. That low F number means the lens is letting a TON of light in because the aperture (lens opening) is very large. Without capturing all that light I could never get a photo like this.
