I believe this is what you see when you stand right in front of the library and look up. If you want to make interesting photos, get in positions and look in places other people don't. This completes my little series of black and white photos. I hope you enjoyed them. This actually is a good exercise to help you improve YOUR photography because it helps you to put into words exactly what you like about an image. To do this you must look at the image critically and will translate into you thinking a bit more critically when you compose your own photographs!
