Here is a tip to make your photographic compositions a little more interesting. Leverage the power of three. Three is a powerful number and if you make your photograph with groups of three subjects, be it bikes, trees, human heads or cattails. those three subject times will form the vertices of a triangle – and a triangle is another powerful compositional element, partly because it has three vertices!!!

So next time you are out and the opportunity presents itself, try to get three similar subject items into the frame. I think you will be pleased with the results.
