You don't always need a tack sharp photograph to make a statement. Ansel Adams once said, “There is nothing worse than a sharp image of a fuzzy concept." In a photograph, the story is the key, not the camera, sharpness, exposure or megapixels. Sometimes a bit of blur can add to the story. I think that is the case with the photograph below.
