Here is the final shot of Molly using two lights. I added a gridded fill light one stop lower than the main light to the right side of the image to light the left side of her hair. I used a foam board to keep much of the light off her face and concentrate it on her hair. The foam board is called a flag when used to cut light of part of the image like this.
